The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Application Delivery Team within the Solid Solutions Group. The successful candidate will work closely with all key stakeholders and will be responsible for providing critical business insights through information gathering exercises. To ensure continuous process/application improvement the successful candidate will work closely with development team. This will involve helping plan and prioritise development work which could be through a COTS or in-house development stream.

The Role

Documenting business requirements and ensuring they are appropriately organised
Running discovery sessions with all business departments to review existing processes and create plans for process improvements
Converting business requirements and process changes into technical documentation
Working closely with the development team and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business requirements

Your Experience / Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and a drive for constant improvement
Experience of Agile Methodologies, working closely with a fast paced software delivery team
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to work with competing priorities in order to continue the successful delivery of business solutions
Experience in managing projects in a fast paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience with web based CRM systems
Understanding of Progressive Web App (PWA) technologies
Understanding of Service Orientated Architecture (SOA)
Experience with sales processes and terminology
PRINCE2 qualification and/or experience
