There are excellent opportunities to grow and progress within the Manufacturing team at Solid Solutions. The duties above would be the core of the role for the first 2 years after your initial training period; you would then be offered the opportunity to gradually transition (over another 2-year period) into one of the many consultancy or leadership roles within the team.
Typical Activities Include:
- Frontline customer telephone support
- Customer training, both virtual and face-to-face at our offices and customer sites across Southern England, the Midlands and Wales
- Visiting customer locations to provide initial installation support across Southern England, the Midlands and Wales
- Travel and staying away from home can be a key part of this role
