To start to understand how to use the Collaborative Business Innovator role you must first have an understanding of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

The Collaborative Business Innovator is one of the base roles for the Platform, which builds the foundation for all other roles and apps. This video will give you a first look of the platform.

To begin using your new role you will need to accept the terms and conditions and follow the email instructions.

This video guides you through what you will need to do when you receive your purchase order confirmation and the steps to create your own login detail for your 3DPASSPORT, also known as your platform ID.

There are a couple of administrator tasks that an individual will need to perform, by default the first person to log on to your company’s dashboard will be nominated as administrator but this can be changed easily. Once your company has a dashboard the administrator can start allocating roles and inviting colleagues.

This video takes you through the user interface and creation of a new dashboard, explaining how you can customise the dashboard to work similar to your existing setup, customising shortcuts, accessing files and setting widgets. All hosted on a website allowing access via a simple login.
