The ideal candidate will be based in the midlands or south of England, but exceptional applications from any area of the UK will be considered. While we offer some flexibility in working, you will ideally need to be able to commute to one of our offices at Kenilworth, Fareham, Aylesbury or Caldicot. Occasionally there may be a requirement to travel further afield, including Ireland and Scotland.
The key accountabilities of the role: - Providing Training and technical support to our manufacturing customers.
- Advising customers on best practice principles of metal machining and software application.
- Implementing systems to new customers.
- Developing custom post processors to suit customers requirements.
- Supporting the commercial team to ensure customers receive the correct products.
- Product demonstrations.
- Using your specialist knowledge to support other members of the technical team.
- Occasional travel and staying away from home will be required as part of this role.
