Only thing was he could have been a little more prepared as the PC's weren't ready when we arrived and we had to wait roughly 1.5hrs before we could properly get started. However, this wasn't really Dylans fault as he thought the machines would be set up ready to go.

He was very calm and cheerful, he created a great atmosphere for learning and ensured that there was plenty of time for questions, note taking, bathroom breaks, and additional practice exercises.
