Our Story

Founded in 1998, Solid Solutions have amassed over 20 years of experience in delivering best-in-class services and solutions. Having become the leading provider of SOLIDWORKS throughout the UK and Ireland, Solid Solutions have grown through several strategic partnerships and acquisitions, forming the Solid Solutions Group.

In June 2022, TriMech acquired the Solid Solutions Group, bringing together hundreds of talented people across four countries, and expanding our support for the advanced design, engineering and manufacturing sectors throughout the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland.

We provide a range of software for Design and Engineering customers, from the full SOLIDWORKS portfolio to the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE suite of products. We also offer accredited training and support for all industry sectors.

MANUFACTURING

The Solid Solutions group is made up of a few different brands that provide various manufacturing software, services, and solutions. We can help with anything from additive manufacturing and 3D Scanning hardware to CAM software and technical assistance.

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

We offer a full, end-2-end Business Transformation service driven by the Dassault Systèmes portfolio. The Desktop Engineering (DTE) & Design Rule team, part of the Solid Solutions Group, will work with you to define a roadmap and identify the solutions needed to support your transformation.

CLOUD/SAAS

We also have brands and partnerships within the Solid Solutions Group that deliver a range of Cloud/SaaS solutions to provide flexible IT growth of any customer, large or small without having to compromise on security or capability.
