Understanding bend allowance in sheetmetal parts

I wonder how many of us have not really understood bend allowance, bend deduction and K factor options when bending sheetmetal. Of course we could read the SOLIDWORKS Help files but much easier if there is somebody with a nice voice to talk you through it. I found this video on uTube that does it for me.
