The training with Charlotte was very good - only 4 stars because of connection issues through PCoIP. The remote Solidworks would not perform properly during exercises or whenever dimensions were required to be added, which made this part of the course very difficult
Feedback Response: Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry you experienced issues with the PCOIP client whilst accessing our training machines, it is especially frustrating when your colleagues’ connections were working without issue.
The intermittent issues you saw can be seen when the app doesn’t have the correct permissions. We can run it as administrator to resolve this, however I understand in this case it was not possible to change this setting on your machine.

He's perfectly fine as a trainer, but sometimes needs to apply 'less is more' in his approach. Copious amounts of words can be replaced effectively with a single sentence or simply showing on the screen. To paraphrase V for Vendetta, a vichyssoise of verbiage can veer most verbose.

Excellent training package, Josh presented the information in a very clear and easy to follow way. Plenty of exercises to try out the skills as they are taught to ensure you know how the sheet metal functions work. I now feel much more confident in using solidworks for my work.
